It doesn't cost much to hire Art on U:
The basic fee for an event is $300. This includes everything necessary for 2 fun-filled hours of Airbrush Face, Body, & Hair Painting.
If you need more than 2 hours, it costs $130.00 per additional hour.
Art on U also makes payment very convenient:
50% deposit at least 3 weeks before the event via bank deposit (details are provided during reservation). This serves as confirmation of your reservation. Please note that any reservation without a deposit is not confirmed and may be cancelled without prior notice.
50% balance on the day of the event.
In case your event gets cancelled, please inform us at least 2 weeks before the event. We'll gladly return your deposit, less a handling fee of $20.00. Unfortunately, for cancellations less than 2 weeks before the event, the deposit is non-refundable because we would have missed the opportunity to book other events by then. We hope you understand.
Themes and Custom Designs
Art on U always works with the client prior to an event. This way Art on U can do face, hair, and body artwork to effectively enhance an event. This is usually achieved through themed artwork or specific designs.
Themes
If the event has a theme, then Art on U can work with you and restrict the type of artwork to ones that are complementary to the theme of the event. Very often, this type of face, hair, and body painting can be achieved without any additional cost. But in cases of specialized themes, a small fee may be charged to subsidize new artwork developed specifically for the event. Of course, this is purely optional. Do not spend anymore than you would like to.
Custom Designs
Usually applicable to corporate events, Art on U may be commissioned to develop custom designs such as logos, slogans, and other event-specific artwork for an additional fee. The fee is based on the size, complexity, and number of templates required in developing the design(s). The resulting templates of the design(s) remain the property of Art on U. But the customer can use the designs for succeeding events at no additional cost.
Locations Covered
Art on U’s rate covers most areas within one hour of the 91324 zip code. In excess of that, additional fees shall apply to cover travel time and expenses.
Out of Town Events
Art on U accommodates out of town events so long as the schedule permits. Art on U has two means of computing the cost for face, hair, and or body painting depending on whether the event is reachable by land or air.
Events Reachable by Land
For face, hair, and or body painting events reachable by land, Art on U will compute the cost based on the following items:
- Base Rate
- Additional number of hours to reach the destination and back
- Incidentals (if any)
Events Reachable by Air
For face, hair, and or body painting events reachable by air, Art on U will Art on U will compute the cost based on the following items:
- Base Rate
- Travel Expenses
- Accommodation Expenses (if applicable)
- Per Diem
- Incidentals (if any)
